The E-AHPBA mentorship programme is a new project launched by E-AHPBA Council, aimed to support young HPB professionals (surgeons, fellows, researchers, PhD students) within the E-AHPBA territories, to build their future career. 

Mentorship Programme

The aims of the Programme include:
– Pursuing excellence in clinical surgery
– Helping to develop self-esteem and positive attitudes
– Defining goals and helping achievement thereof
– Developing an interest in academic HPB surgery

Call For Mentees

We are seeking young HPB professionals to be mentees on the E-AHPBA Mentorship Programme.

Call for Mentors

We are seeking senior, experience HPB specialists to be mentor within the programme. If you have passion and enthusiasm toward mentoring young colleagues and have the availability of time to commit to training and meeting with your mentee, then please contact us and we would be delighted to consider you:

Mentee and Mentor Training

Each mentor and mentee will be required to undertake training from a professional leadership training company.

This training will aid your experience and help you get the most from your mentor relationship.
